I have been a lactation consultant seeing & supporting clients in Lexington, Kentucky for nearly 20 years. I love joining with families in their breastfeeding journey to encourage & facilitate meeting their breastfeeding goals. Allow me to serve you with my years of experience and advanced training (IBCLC) through evidence-based practice. 

Our team has grown recently to better serve our current & future clients! We have excellent lactation consultants, available in-person or virtually, that can come alongside you to offer guidance in nursing, latching, pumping, milk supply, positioning, pain management, weight checks, bottle introduction, going back to work and anything in between.
