Honoring Your Breastfeeding Journey
Motherhood doesn’t come with a manual, but compassionate, evidence-based care can make all the difference. Whether you’re navigating painful latches, milk supply questions, emotional overwhelm, or transitions back to work, our IBCLCs provide expert guidance tailored to you and your baby.
LCE provides whole-body care that treats root causes, not just symptoms. With advanced expertise, we address complex mother–baby challenges, including infant tension through CST.

Type of Appointments
We tailor our visit to meet your needs.
Package Visits
Buy 4 full office visits, get 15% off. If you know you will need multiple visits around a tongue tie release, or a prenatal plus 3 post partum visits, buying a package can be an economical way to pay ahead and save. Contact us to purchase.
Prenatal Visit
Planning ahead for breastfeeding success makes a big difference. Schedule a private prenatal consult around 32 weeks of pregnancy to create a feeding plan that fits your family and reduces stress once baby arrives.
In-Person Consultation
Come to our cozy Lexington office for weighted feeds, oral assessments, pumping and flange fittings, bottle or breast refusals, tongue tie evaluations, and therapeutic breast massage for clogged ducts or mastitis.
Home Visits
Some families love to have lactation support come to them, and we love to do home visits to help with all things breastfeeding in your own space. We can do a weighted feed (we bring a scale), work on positioning in your bed, couch, or chair, and do all the assessments that happen in the office.
Virtual Visits
Prefer to stay home? We offer full virtual care through our secure platform. We’ll guide you through positioning, latch, milk supply, or pumping support. It helps to have another adult nearby to assist with the camera so we can observe baby’s mouth and suck pattern clearly.
In Your Nest Visit
We get frequent comments about families wishing they could take us home- well now you can! We bring our expertise and encouragement to your home for an extended 4 hour visit.
