Elizabeth is formally trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, including postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and the baby blues, through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Elizabeth is additionally certified in the Mindful Breastfeeding School weaving together evidence-based mindfulness, gentle breathing, and relaxation techniques to help moms release tension, find calm, and rebuild confidence in their feeding journey.

Gentle CranioSacral Therapy (CST) sessions with Elizabeth can help release the physical and emotional tension that builds from feeding, holding, and mothering. This soothing, light-touch therapy supports your body’s natural healing and promotes deep rest and balance.
